Most Recently Baked Cake

This was my first shirt cake and I was glad to able to make it. This was for my most valuable client in Sierra Leone. She wanted a fruit cake as the base. It turned out well and I added some enhancements in the decor

beyond the image she had shared with me. I was glad I had gum paste so I made a very sturdy collar. I also had some floral imprints on the collar, drape, etc.

The cake was for her husband's birthday. She loved it and that made me glad.
