Most Recently Baked Cake

When I asked my son what type of birthday cake he wanted this year, he sent an image of the F.C. Barcelona logo to me. It was quite an interesting cake to make. Flavor was caramel. It took us a while to get the exact burgundy color of butter cream icing to match the color of the edible image. We added some burgundy, black, and red gel color to the butter cream icing. We finally got the exact shade after a while:). I liked his suggestion of alternating the color of the sides with the image on top. Quite a creative choice!
